                And our promise to you is simple: follow through with your program as it is designed and intended to deliver you the best results possible, and we guarantee you’ll lose at least 20 lbs after 16 weeks of training with us or we’ll refund your entire investment in your training program. The relationship between you (our client) and us (your coaches is a partnership. And only through working together can the mutually beneficial goal (your results) be best achieved.
Our commitment to you is this:

  1. To assess and determine realistic health and fitness goals with you and put them on a timeline for achievement.
  2. Design a complete program to achieve your goals that covers all the components required for extraordinary results including:
  3. Nutrition and supplementation to fuel your body with the energy required and maintain a muscle-building fat burning state
  4. Resistance training- to increase your strength and build lean muscle
  5. Cardiovascular exercise- to optimize fat burning and heart health
  6. Stretching-to accelerate your recovery from training and prevent injury
  7. Coaching- to provide you with the motivation and support to keep you accountable
  8. We will work together with you to teach you all the components of your program and help you implement them into your daily habits and life
  9. We will meet with you every 8 weeks to access your progress, and update your program accordingly so that you may continue to achieve the best possible results from your investment in training with us

Based on our commitment to you, we require the following from you:

  1. Workout a minimum 3 days per week following the Fitness Together- Natomas program for a minimum of 16 weeks without missing appointments( cancelled training must be made up the same week or the following week)
  2. Complete the prescribed cardiovascular program ( at least 30 minutes per day at least 3 times per week, completed and logged in by your fitness coach
  3. Log your foods into your Dotfit account daily and stay within you predetermined calorie requirements
  4. Not be on any medications that can interfere with your metabolism

If at the end of your `6 week program, you can honestly say you followed all 4 of the requirements and do not look or feel better along with reaching our predetermined fitness goals, we will refund your entire training package investment. It’s that simple!
