Lisa has made sports and exercise an intricate part of her life, playing collegiate soccer and now in a semi-pro league. As a member of the Elk Grove United, Women's Professional Soccer team, Lisa is the leagues leading scorer. Wrightsman takes her extreme energy and focus as a leading scorer on the soccer field and moves it into the fitness studio, by keeping clients targeted on their personal goals. She believes that a stronger and healthier body is the key to removing the limitations we face both mentally and physically in life.

Attila Gonye, a certified Personal Trainer through California State University, Sacramento where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology after transferring from Virginia Tech. Attila has always been interested in sports and exercise, playing basketball and football most of his life until an unfortunate ACL injury kept him from competing in college sports. Jocelyn Williams is a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA. She is a sophomore at Cosumnes River College and in fall of 2006 will transfer to California State University Sacramento to pursue a career in Nursing. Jocelyn is committed to the study of nutrition and health, as she remains focused on her life goals. She has participated in over a decade of competitive sports, including soccer and cheerleading, but her passion is boxing. She is a trained boxer who has competed throughout California. After overcoming a tumor lodged between her brain and middle ear, Jocelyn has been inspired to live her life in superior condition, and to influence clients to take control of their lives through health and fitness.

My goal is to instill dedication and persistence through fun and educational fitness routines. I will give you the tools to take your routine to the next level and make it a lifestyle change.

I believe that sound nutritional guidance is crucial to a healthy lifestyle and I integrate that in my personal training sessions. One size does not fit all, that's why having individual instruction is vital to success.

I love my job because I get to tell people what to do! But only so I can help give them the push they need to live a healthy lifestyle and ultimately reach their fitness goals. I firmly believe fitness is a lifetime commitment, and try to instill that belief in all my clients and students. I love nothing more than watching my clients succeed!

Fitness has always been my passion. It has served as a way to discover my strengths and redefine my limitations, a way to cope with stress, and a way to experience life. I believe you are capable of anything you commit to and that everyone has bountiful potential. I have worked with clients to achieve goals of weight loss, strength and weight gain, sports performance, and stress reduction. I have worked with clients ranging in age from 13 to 85, and of all ability levels. I have been a Personal Trainer and Conditioning Coach for almost two years and I love sharing my abilities with clients in helping them achieve their goals with anything they set their sights on.
