| Dave Von Ruden - Owner
Dave Von Ruden, a certified Personal Trainer through California
State University, Sacramento where he graduated with a Bachelor
of Science in Kinesiology after receiving his AA in General Education
from Mission College in Santa Clara, CA. Dave's personal training
philosophy is for him to be the facilitator of change. Dave insists
that he can help people help them selves, but ultimately the client
has to take responsibility for their own health and fitness. Dave
enjoys being that one-on-one person to help people meet their fitness
goals. |

| Josh Huizar
Josh Huizar, a certified Personal Trainer through California State
University, Sacramento where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science
after attending CSU Stanislaus and Cosumnes River College. Josh
played 4 years of College baseball and continues to hone his talents
by playing NOR-CAL Semi-pro baseball with the Folsom Pioneers. Josh
believes the key to training is finding out what works for the individual
client. When a client finds their program enjoyable, they will stick
with it and be successful. |

Lisa Wrightsman
Lisa Wrightsman is a certified Personal Trainer through the Aerobic and Fitness
Association of America, a Specialist in Performance Nutrition through ISSA and
a graduate of California State University Sacramento with a BA in Communication
Studies. Lisa has made sports and exercise an intricate part of her life, playing
collegiate soccer and now in a semi-pro league. As a member of the Elk Grove United,
Women's Professional Soccer team, Lisa is the leagues leading scorer. Wrightsman
takes her extreme energy and focus as a leading scorer on the soccer field and
moves it into the fitness studio, by keeping clients targeted on their personal
goals. She believes that a stronger and healthier body is the key to removing
the limitations we face both mentally and physically in life.

Attila Gonye
Attila Gonye, a certified Personal Trainer through California State
University, Sacramento where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science
in Kinesiology after transferring from Virginia Tech. Attila has
always been interested in sports and exercise, playing basketball
and football most of his life until an unfortunate ACL injury kept
him from competing in college sports. Attila Gonye knows personally
the pain of injury and the success training can bring in ones recovery.
In addition, Attila interned as a physical therapy aide and has
practiced both rehabilitation techniques and advanced training. |

Jocelyn Williams
Jocelyn Williams is a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA. She is a sophomore
at Cosumnes River College and in fall of 2006 will transfer to California State
University Sacramento to pursue a career in Nursing. Jocelyn is committed to the
study of nutrition and health, as she remains focused on her life goals. She has
participated in over a decade of competitive sports, including soccer and cheerleading,
but her passion is boxing. She is a trained boxer who has competed throughout
California. After overcoming a tumor lodged between her brain and middle ear,
Jocelyn has been inspired to live her life in superior condition, and to influence
clients to take control of their lives through health and fitness.

Gabriel Perez
Gabriel Perez is a certified Personal Trainer through California State University,
Sacramento where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology after
transferring from Quincy University in Illinois. Gabe participated in college
football, knowing first hand the importance of fitness and strength training.
With his work as a physical therapy aide he has seen the benefits of training
and also understands individual limitations. He takes pride in creating a fitness
program that is goal oriented and considers each clients level of fitness.

Steven Castaneda
Steven Castaneda is a graduate of the California State University Stanislaus
with a major in Physical Education. Steve played Division II NCAA Soccer at Stanislaus
and learned the importance of strength training and fitness. He is now passing
on his knowledge as Assistant Couch for the Laguna Creek High School Varsity Soccer
team. Steve enjoys a one-on-one connection and is a firm believer in the importance
of a creating a positive atmosphere for his clients.

Danelle Pereira, a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from SSU
and a teaching credential in Physical Education and Health Science.
Danelle has played over 16 years of competitive soccer and understands
the importance of continued fitness after sports training has ended.
Danelle feels that a fitness program is not only about looking good,
but improving your health and making a lifestyle commitment. |

Justin Bassey, a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California
State University Sacramento and California Teaching Credential in
Physical Education. Justin is a certified Fitness Professional and
golf conditioning specialist. With over 3 years of high school coaching
experience, Justin understands the importance of fitness training
combined with having a fun time. Whether he is moving a team closer
to a victory or a client closer to their personal goal, he is a
motivational force. |
